Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy

Last reviewed: 17 August 2026 · Version 2026-08-17-v1

1. Site branding and software

The RecruitersFromIndia.com name, logo, visual design and underlying software are the property of the platform operator (or its licensors) and may not be copied, reproduced or used to imply endorsement without permission.

2. Official-source registration data

Recruiting Agent registration information sourced from eMigrate / MEA remains subject to the originating authority's own rights and publication terms — see the Source Attribution & Data Provenance policy. This marketplace does not claim ownership of official-source regulatory content and republishes it only to the extent a documented lawful basis permits (tracked internally as the publication-basis reference).

3. User-submitted marketplace content

Agencies and employers retain ownership of content they submit (company descriptions, logos, requirement details and similar marketplace-managed fields), and grant the platform operator a licence to display, store and process that content for the purpose of operating the marketplace — for example showing an agency's description on its own profile, or a requirement to the RAs it is distributed to. This licence ends when the relevant content is removed or the account is deleted, subject to the retention needs described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on this marketplace infringes your intellectual property rights, write to office@recruitersfromindia.com with: a description of the work, the specific URL/profile where the infringing content appears, and your contact details. Reports are reviewed before any content is removed, consistent with the Complaint & Grievance Policy.

5. No implied licence to scrape or republish

Automated scraping, bulk extraction or republication of directory listings or profile content outside normal browsing/API use is not permitted without prior written permission, in addition to any restriction under the Acceptable Use terms in the Terms of Use.
