1. B2B marketplace scope

RecruitersFromIndia.com provides technology, directory, discovery, profile, communication and business-requirement workflow features. It does not itself become the Recruiting Agent, Foreign Employer, worker, training provider or other party to an underlying recruitment/employment transaction merely because the platform facilitates discovery or communication.

2. Accounts and accurate information

Users must provide accurate business and contact information, keep credentials secure and use only accounts they are authorised to control. Profile claiming does not permit alteration of controlled regulatory-source fields.

3. Overseas recruitment compliance

Registered Recruiting Agents and Foreign Employers remain responsible for their own licences, permits, contracts, advertisements, emigration processes, fees and other legal obligations. Marketplace approval of a requirement is a platform moderation decision and must not be described as MEA, eMigrate or government approval.

4. Prohibited use

Users must not use the platform for unlicensed overseas recruitment, impersonation, fake job demands, sale of job offers, misleading salary/visa guarantees, trafficking or exploitation, unauthorised sub-agent activity, unlawful data harvesting, malware, credential attacks or other illegal/misleading activity.

5. Requirements and responses

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and authority of requirements they submit. RAs are responsible for their responses and for independently validating employer/demand information before entering a transaction. The platform may reject, hold, limit or remove content that appears incomplete, abusive, misleading or unsafe.

6. Source and marketplace information

Source-derived regulatory information and marketplace-added profile information are displayed as separate categories. The platform may correct, refresh, hold or remove a source-derived record when newer information or a credible discrepancy requires review.

7. Complaints

Reports and complaints are reviewed privately before any action is taken. Filing a complaint does not establish that an allegation is true. The platform may preserve relevant audit information for dispute, security and compliance purposes.

8. Availability and liability

The platform does not guarantee continuous availability, successful hiring, worker availability, employer payment, visa issuance, regulatory approval or the performance of a listed business. Users must perform their own commercial and legal due diligence.

9. Intellectual property and account status

Ownership and licensing of site branding, official-source data and user-submitted content is set out in the Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy. Grounds and process for suspending or terminating a marketplace account are set out in the Account Suspension & Termination Policy.

10. Changes

These terms and marketplace policies may be updated as the product, applicable law and operating model evolve. Material changes should be dated and published before they take effect where appropriate.
