Marketplace Ranking & Independence Policy
Transparent rules for discovery of Recruiting Agents.
Organic directory results
The default public directory order is alphabetical by agency name after eligibility filters are applied. Users may explicitly choose other available sorts, such as profile completeness or most recently source-checked.
Eligibility before ranking
Only records that satisfy the marketplace's active-public eligibility rules are included in active directory search. A source-review hold can temporarily remove a record from active discovery without deleting its historical record.
User-selected matching criteria
Requirement matching and search should primarily use deterministic criteria such as current stored RA status, destination country, trade, industry, state/location, profile information and whether the agency is accepting requirements. Structured database rules are preferred over opaque AI ranking for these objective filters.
No undisclosed operator preference
No agency should receive hidden organic priority solely because of ownership, commercial relationship with the platform operator or internal affiliation. The same published organic eligibility and ranking rules apply to every agency profile.
Future paid visibility
If featured or sponsored placement is introduced later, it must be clearly labelled as Sponsored or Featured and distinguishable from organic ranking. Payment must not alter regulatory-source status or create a government-verification impression.
AI
AI may assist with profile content, categorisation and future recommendation explanations, but deterministic filtering should remain the primary mechanism where reliable structured data already exists. Any material change to automated ranking logic should be documented and reviewed.
