Privacy Policy

This policy describes the privacy design of RecruitersFromIndia.com.
Information we process
The marketplace may process business-account information, contact-person details, employer profile and verification information, agency profile claims, manpower requirements, selected recipient agencies, business communications, support/complaint records, security logs, audit events and documents that users intentionally upload for permitted B2B purposes.
Purposes
Information is used to operate accounts, verify marketplace participants, route approved requirements, provide directory/search functions, prevent abuse and duplicates, handle complaints, maintain security/auditability, send service notifications and improve marketplace operations.
Candidate personal data
This platform is not designed as a candidate database. Users are instructed not to upload candidate passports, CVs or other candidate personal documents into employer verification or B2B requirement-document areas unless a later, specifically designed lawful workflow permits it.
Sharing
Business requirement information is shared only according to the marketplace workflow, such as with RAs selected for a distributed requirement. Private verification documents are restricted to authorised account holders and authorised staff/admin functions. The platform should not sell conversation or account data to advertisers.
Retention and security
Operational records are retained only for legitimate marketplace, compliance, security, dispute and audit purposes under the operator's retention schedule. Private documents are stored outside the public web root, and role-based access is applied to sensitive workflows.
Data subject requests
A registered user may request access to, correction of, or reasonable assistance regarding their own account/marketplace-managed data by writing to the contact below. Regulatory-source RA fields cannot be edited on request and instead follow the source re-verification workflow described in the Verification Policy. See also the Complaint & Grievance Policy for response timelines and the published Grievance Officer contact.

Applicable law
The platform is designed with the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) in mind — purpose limitation, data minimisation, and a clear point of contact for data requests. The DPDP Rules, 2025 were notified in November 2025; most substantive compliance obligations under the Act take effect in phases, with the bulk of operational requirements (including consent-manager provisions and detailed grievance-redressal mechanics) becoming due later rather than immediately. LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: a specialist should confirm this marketplace's specific DPDP obligations and target compliance date as the phased rollout progresses, and finalise the production privacy contact, retention schedule and any Data Protection Board disclosures before those provisions become mandatory. This policy will be revised as those requirements firm up — it does not currently claim full DPDP compliance.
