Source Attribution & Data Provenance
How imported regulatory-source information is identified and maintained.
Primary RA source
Where displayed, Recruiting Agent registration information is attributed to eMigrate / MEA or another source specifically identified on the record. The marketplace is independent and does not imply that the source authority sponsors or endorses this service.
Record-level provenance
The application is designed to retain the source document date, source record identifier, source page where available, import/source hash and last source-check timestamp. This enables the operator to distinguish source-derived information from marketplace-enriched information and to audit later changes.
Independent confirmation
Users should use the official eMigrate portal and MEA RA guidance to reconfirm current RA status before relying on a listing for a transaction. A marketplace record may lag a newer official update.
Corrections
If a source record changes, the platform should update it through the controlled source-import/re-verification workflow rather than allowing an agency user to edit the regulatory-source field directly.
Source rights and attribution
The operator is responsible for maintaining the applicable permission, licence or other lawful basis for any source content it republishes, and for providing attribution required by that source. MEA publishes a website copyright policy; the operator must confirm the applicable publication basis before public release. Publication of source records is therefore controlled separately from import/review.
